Check-in will be from 3-6pm on December 28th. Please follow signs for "Miracle Manor" and park in the main parking lot in front of Miracle Manor. Come through the covered front entrance into the lobby where we will have registration table set up - see map below. Dinner will be from 6-7pm so if you think you will arrive after the check-in time please contact Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have a meal set aside for you.
Kathy Secrist, our administrator will be emailing you with instructions on paying the remainder of your balance if you did not pay the full amount when you registered. Any remaining balance not paid prior to the conference is due at check-in on the 28th.
The Christian Retreat Conference Center is located at 1200 Glory Way Blvd in Bradenton, FL, 34212.

Comfortable, business casual/casual clothes. Comfortable shoes. All sleeping, eating, and presentations occur inside in a comfortable conference center. However, free time activities occur in an outdoor environment and there is a short walk outside between lodging, the dining hall, and the meeting rooms. The temperatures will range from highs in the mid 70s during the day to lows in the 50s at night, there may be a chance of rain in the forecast as well. Please check the forecast to pack accordingly (We highly recommend to bring a rain jacket.)
There will be a trip to the beach so make sure you bring your swimsuit if you would like to jump in the ocean. An extra towel will be provided by the camp, but ONLY for this specific day. There is also a heated pool at the retreat center that will be available during free times and there are pool towels available at the pool.
Traditional clothing from your home country or more formal attire for the banquet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided for each guest in their rooms.

If you have not booked your flights, please remember to fly into Sarasota Bradenton International Airport planning to arrive by 3pm on December 28th and flying out anytime on January 2nd. Transportation will be provided to and from the airport.
