Check-in Info 

Check-in will be from 4:00 - 6:00 pm on January 1st. Dinner will be at 5:30 pm so if you think you will arrive after the check-in time, please contact Sarah Menge at [email protected] so we can have a meal set aside for you. 

Amina Baker, our financial administrator, will be emailing you with instructions on paying the remainder of your balance if you did not pay the full amount when you registered. Any remaining balance not paid prior to the conference is due at check-in on the 1st.

The Mission Springs Camp & Conference Center, located at 1050 Lockhart Gulch Rd. Scotts Valley, CA 95066.

Packing List

  • Bible 
  • Notebook & Pen 
  • Toiletries (soap, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.) 
  • Light jacket  
  • Rain jacket and/or an umbrella
  • Waterproof shoes 
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Comfortable, business casual/casual clothes. Comfortable shoes. All sleeping, eating, and presentations occur inside in a comfortable conference center. However, free time activities occur in an outdoor environment and there is a short walk outside between lodging, the dining hall, and the meeting rooms. The temperatures will range from highs in the mid-60s during the day to lows in the 40s at night. There may be a chance of rain in the forecast as well. Please check the forecast to pack accordingly.
  • Water might be cold during our visit to the beach, but feel free to bring your swimsuit!
  • Traditional clothing from your home country or more formal attire for the banquet.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are all provided for each guest in their rooms. Please note that irons and ironing boards are not provided. Hair dryers will be available upon request.

Travel Information Submission Form 

If you have not submitted your travel details, please complete the travel form as soon as possible, by December 15th.

If you still need to book your flights and would like to be provided with transportation by the conference team, please remember to fly into San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) with:
  • Arrival: No later than 3:30 PM on January 1st
  • Departure: Any time after 10:00 AM on January 6th

Transportation will be provided ONLY to and from San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC).
