Check-in will be from 3-5:30pm on December 30th. Dinner will be 5:30-6:30pm so if you think you will arrive after the check-in time please contact Sarah at [email protected] so we can have a meal set aside for you.
Christine Holland, our financial administrator, will be emailing you with instructions on paying the remainder of your balance if you did not pay the full amount when you registered. Any remaining balance not paid prior to the conference is due at check-in on the 30th.

Download this file to view and/or save the schedule for the conference. Upon arrival you will be given a hard copy of the schedule, information about where each session and track will take place, activities, and a map.
Comfortable, business casual/casual clothes. Comfortable shoes. All sleeping, eating, and presentations occur inside in a comfortable conference center. However, free time activities occur in an outdoor environment and there is a short walk outside between lodging, the dining hall, and the meeting rooms. The temperatures will range from highs in the mid 60ss during the day to lows in the 40s at night, there may be a chance of rain in the forecast as well. Please check the forecast to pack accordingly.
Traditional clothing from your home country or more formal attire for the banquet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided for each guest in their rooms. (Hair dryers are not provided.)

If you have not submitted your travel information, please fill out the form now. If you have not booked your flights, please remember to fly into Austin Bergrstrom International Airport planning to arrive by 3pm on December 30th and flying out anytime on January 4th after 9am. Transportation will be provided to and from the airport.
